Noyau Keystone

Also known as an RJ45 jack, RJ45 socket, or Keystone jack, it gets its name from the architectural keystone, as it is a key component in structured cabling systems.
It is a modular female RJ45 socket that snaps into a patch panel—often in sets of 24 units—a distribution box, or a wall plate.
At the rear, the network cable from wall outlets is terminated; on the front, a male RJ45 patch cord is inserted, typically connected to a network switch.
Available in shielded metal versions, especially in France, it can also feature a colored face plate for easy visual identification.
